Phase 1 – Situational Assessment

In this phase, your employee engagement expert will meet with your leadership team to explain the purpose and the process of an engagement assessment to the key players in the organization. This develops key-player buy-in and sets expectations. We will also assess the current structure of the organization. This is an important phase for being able to structure the engagement assessment. We can also tailor the assessment to meet the specific needs of your organization. (i.e. multi-lingual options, online surveys or phone interviews, and additional culture-related questions that should be integrated.)

Phase 2 – Kick off, Data Collection, and Analysis

In this phase, the assessment will be delivered to your employees. We will communicate that the assessment will be conducted anonymously, and all of the responses will be aggregated so that we can create a culture of safety and get the most accurate data possible. Once the data is collected, all of the employee responses will be compiled and analyzed. Depending on the format of the assessment (email or phone interview), this phase can take between 2 and 3 weeks.

Phase 3 – Engagement Implementation

This phase is where the rubber meets the road. Each of your managers receive monthly videos that have been uniquely created for them discussing an aspect of engagement within their specific department along with a list of action items for improving the engagement level within their team. Not all disengagement is the same, so breaking down the specific actions each manager should be taking on a monthly basis helps them to be more effective with their time investment and keeps their employee engagement scores right in front of them all year long.
