In this phase, your employee engagement expert will meet with your leadership team to explain the purpose and the process of an engagement assessment to the key players in the organization. This develops key-player buy-in and sets expectations. We will also assess the current structure of the organization. This is an important phase for being able to structure the engagement assessment. We can also tailor the assessment to meet the specific needs of your organization. (i.e. multi-lingual options, online surveys or phone interviews, and additional culture-related questions that should be integrated.)
Learn moreIn this phase, the assessment will be delivered to your employees. We will communicate that the assessment will be conducted anonymously, and all of the responses will be aggregated so that we can create a culture of safety and get the most accurate data possible. Once the data is collected, all of the employee responses will be compiled and analyzed. Depending on the format of the assessment (email or phone interview), this phase can take between 2 and 3 weeks.
