At LEAD, we believe the “who” is far more important than the “what.” We will spend the first few sessions with the management team helping them understand who they are, how they interact with each other, and their leadership. We want them to understand who they are as a person, this shapes the way they relate to their employees. During this phase, the focus of the management training will be on teaching your management new tools and ideas about key management principles. They will learn the fundamentals of employee engagement, how to handle conflict and turn it from a negative experience to a positive, and how to improve their personal leadership skills and prioritization skills. During the last two sessions of the management training program, your managers will review what they have learned and will report to senior leadership what they have learned and how they have applied it within the company.
