Alan regularly writes, speaks, and coaches on the topics of management, leadership, culture, entrepreneurship, and the 4 fires philosophy. Alan received his BS in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, his MBA from Auburn University, and his Doctorate in Business Administration from George Fox University.
In his free time, Alan is constantly seeking to fill his life with adventures, including fowling, fishing, hunting, boating, international travel, motorcycling, and regularly seeks to integrate his passions into his executive coaching engagements. He currently resides in Lagrange, Georgia and loves going on adventures with his wife Allison, daughter Aida, and son Cecil.

Jesse Dukes is an Executive Coach, Non-profit Founder and Licensed Counselor. He graduated as a Presidential Scholar from Georgia Institute of Technology with a double major in International Affairs and Spanish and completed his Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Messiah College in 2020. Jesse is great at seeing to the heart of systems, problems and people. He is passionate about helping people discover a holistic path to growth using the tools and wisdom of Psychology, Biology and Spirituality. He believes that we are all on a continual journey of transformation into greater wholeness, health, and growth, and that breakthrough happens when love comes close enough for us to see past our fears and to our next step.

He is a college professor of Entrepreneurship and Business Management at Point
University in Georgia. Prior to academia, he spent a 35-year career as a serial
entrepreneur starting and selling various businesses, primarily in the construction
and development arenas of South Florida. Prior to college, he served four years in
the U.S. Army as a paratrooper and a sentinel at the Tomb of the Unknown
Soldier. He has been married to Joanne for over 40 years, has two married
daughters, and two grandchildren. He splits his time between Hamilton, Georgia,

Outside of work, Jennifer likes watching British dramas, going for walks with her Boston Terrier, and riding bikes with her family.

Jeff received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Point University in 2022. At LEAD, he provides operational/technical support and he leads and grows all things related to the Four-Fires philosophy. His favorite thing about working at LEAD is the commitment that everyone has to personal and professional growth.

Ronda holds a bachelor's degree in Human Relations with a minor in Biblical Studies and Preaching. She serves as the Regional Sales Representative for LEAD Advisors and is responsible for building relationships and connections in the northwestern regions of Georgia and Alabama. Ronda's typical day involves contacting various companies to introduce their services and identify specific needs. She brings valuable skills as an influencer and visionary, allowing her to address company efficiency needs and execute plans to deliver results, ensuring clients feel heard and valued. With a diverse professional background, Ronda has served in various roles, from the restaurant industry to 17 years of ministry work with teenagers and college students, as well as organizing mission trips. Outside work, she enjoys spending quality time with her children, exploring personal interests, and continuing her learning journey through reading, podcasts, and service to others.

Christian has been in insurance sales for 17 years and is now part of the sales team at
LEAD. He enjoys meeting new people, getting to know them, and discovering how to
meet their needs. Outside of work, Christian enjoys working out, vacations at the beach,
and spending time with his family.
Admin Assistant
At LEAD, Angie supports the company’s executive coaching services. She
married her college sweetheart Pete who is a pastor. She has homeschooled
all four of her children: two daughters in college, a son in high school, and a
daughter in middle school. She graduated with a B.A. in Mathematics from
Erskine College.
Outside of work, Angie enjoys walking, hiking, and vacationing with her family.
Her favorite date nights include sushi dinners and watching Hallmark movies

At LEAD, Lauren curates content for all social media platforms and also works on the
administrative side of LEAD by helping in any way she can. She is pursuing her
marketing degree from the University of North Alabama and will be a part of the honors
college this fall. Her gift is being able to creatively design content and turn something
boring into something charming. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys long walks with her
Boston Terrier, spending time with her incredible family and friends, reading, baking

I graduated from Point University in 2019 as a member of the Golf Team and Cross
Country Team. While at Point, I obtained a degree in Accounting and Criminal Justice.
After graduating, I moved to Atlanta to begin my career in finance/accounting and
continued my education at Mercer University where I obtained a Masters in both
Accounting and Business Administration.
Shortly after graduating, I married my wife Faith and moved back to the West Point area
as Faith took a job as the Head Women's Volleyball Coach at Point University. In my
free time, I enjoy anything and everything sports and marrying a volleyball gal, volleyball
has become a sport I loved to learn! As a recent college golfer, my greatest hobby is

They also are proud owners of 2 labrador retrievers, Fudgie & Minnie Sue, as well as 2 granddogs, Bailey & Zeus…and a cat named Chester.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Music Education and a Vocal Performance minor from Samford University. Through the years she’s held the titles of homeschool mom, worship leader, preschool teacher, pastor’s wife, camp counselor, non-profit executive director, board member, college ministry leader, and voice/piano teacher.
As a recent Stage 4 Breast Cancer survivor, Cindy has a renewed zeal for being a life speaker and difference maker in this life that she's been given, in order to impact the lives of those around her.
