LEAD has assembled a team of uniquely gifted advisors and professionals to serve our clients and we are proud to introduce them to you. 

Alan Kemper

Owner

  1. When Alan was in college, he wanted to be a Chicken Farmer.
  2. Best pieces of advice: “Seldom is the issue the issue”; “Everything is connected to everything”; “Extraordinary results require extraordinary effort.”
  3. If Alan had a superpower, it would be time travel.

Alan regularly writes, speaks, and coaches on the topics of management, leadership, culture, entrepreneurship, and the 4 fires philosophy. Alan received his BS in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, his MBA from Auburn University, and his Doctorate in Business Administration from George Fox University.

In his free time, Alan is constantly seeking to fill his life with adventures, including fowling, fishing, hunting, boating, international travel, motorcycling, and regularly seeks to integrate his passions into his executive coaching engagements. He currently resides in Lagrange, Georgia and loves going on adventures with his wife Allison, daughter Aida, and son Cecil.

Angie Stryker

Advisor

  1. Born and raised in a town where everyone uses golf carts to get around.
  2. Gave birth in Spanish to two kids in Mexico.
  3. Doesn't like to do the same adventure twice!

Angie has had the honor of holding these titles in her life: wife, mother, missionary, campus minister, reverend, executive director, director, board member, board consultant, leadership advisor, and culture architect. The one thing these all have in common is: lifting others up to do what they were meant to do. To her - that work is the energy that works so powerfully inside her - on and off the clock.

Given some free time though, you will find her hiking with her dogs down country roads.

Chris Beirne

Advisor

  1. Chris lives and breathes soccer. If he's watching it, he'd rather be playing it. If he's playing it, he better be winning!
  2. First mountain bike: a Giant Iguana that his friends in high school convinced him to buy. He still rides in his spare time when Saturday mornings allow.
  3. Motto learned from his dad: "if something is worth doing, it's worth doing right."

Chris graduated from Georgia Tech in 2002 with a degree in civil engineering. He used that degree twice for a couple of months before his passion for campus ministry and leadership development led him to Salamanca Spain for 8 years. He has since poured his efforts and talents into higher education administration and non-profit organizational leadership. He loves focusing on developing healthy teams and building companies that trust and grow their employees.

Chris is married into a fun-loving Green Bay Packer family from Wisconsin, and loves his soccer-playing wife Natalie with all his heart. They live in Smyrna and enjoy a good taco from Superica on the beltline in Atlanta for date nights.

Greg Moffatt

Advisor

Greg Moffatt did become a writer, publishing hundreds of articles and over a dozen books. a counselor for over three decades, he is also a college professor, criminal profiler, public speaker, business consultant, and a former regular lecturer at the FBI Academy for nearly 10 years. He has appeared on numerous television programs and consulted with a variety of authors, screen writers, and movie makers including actor/director Tyler Perry.

Outside of the office, Greg enjoys playing the piano/guitar, his farm, hunting, camping, and the outdoors.

Jesse Dukes

Advisor

  1. Superpower: Able to figure out people’s Enneagram Type in less than 3 minutes.

  3. Words to live by: Change what you can’t accept, and accept what you can’t change.

Jesse Dukes is an Executive Coach, Non-profit Founder and Licensed Counselor. He graduated as a Presidential Scholar from Georgia Institute of Technology with a double major in International Affairs and Spanish and completed his Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Messiah College in 2020. Jesse is great at seeing to the heart of systems, problems and people. He is passionate about helping people discover a holistic path to growth using the tools and wisdom of Psychology, Biology and Spirituality. He believes that we are all on a continual journey of transformation into greater wholeness, health, and growth, and that breakthrough happens when love comes close enough for us to see past our fears and to our next step.

Off the job, he likes to see what’s happening in his family through his wife’s Instagram stories and pass time by doing stuff like playing the guitar, listening to podcasts, working out, eating stuff that he will later have to work out more for, and watching Atlanta sports.

Martha Kemper

Advisor

  1. Life lesson learned from her parents: "All work is honorable." If someone is working and trying to provide for themselves and their family, regardless of what they are doing, they and their work should be honored and respected. Don't ever look down on anyone who is trying.
  2. Fun fact: Has visited over 20 countries and has learned that people are more alike than different, mostly wanting the same things - to be loved and respected, for our families to be secure and happy, and for our kids to be good people.
  3. Loves live theater, especially high school performances. Continually amazed at the quality productions that a group of teenagers led by a few dedicated teachers are able to produce.

Martha graduated from Georgia State University with a degree in journalism and minors in psychology and marketing. She has a diverse background, including human resources manager with one of Atlanta’s largest banks, and owning a residential construction company and several apartment complexes. She has over 25 years of experience in recruiting, training, coaching, and team building and was a National Sales Director with a major financial services company, overseeing over 600 licensed financial professionals with offices in 8 states. She is an avid reader on a wide range of topics.

Martha was married for 48 years before the death of her husband, is the mother of 3, and grandmother of 9. She is a 3-time cancer survivor and long-time hospice volunteer.

Ron Lewis

Advisor

1. Was part of a video startup, "The Work of the People," a community of artists, storytellers, filmmakers, poets, and theologians.
2. Initial career path: greeting card designer for Hallmark.
3. Favorite quote: "What you do every day matters more than what you do once in a while."

With 40 years in the people development field, ranging from businesses, non-profits, and city governments, Ron has the experience needed to bring ideas to life creatively that get a gut-level response and truly help people see new opportunities. Ron is known for his ability to communicate complex subjects to a wide range of audiences. Over the last 4 decades, he has had the privilege of speaking to groups in places as varied as India, the Philippines, Kenya, and Papua New Guinea. Ron has been married to Pam for 41 years and has one son and two grandsons. Outside the office, you'll find Ron playing golf, FaceTiming his grandsons, feeding the deer, and helping Pam with the yard work

Betty Gebhardt

Advisor

1. Up until the age of 17, Betty planned on getting a degree in marine biology and psychology in order to become a dolphin trainer.

3. Best advice received from her dad: Great Risk = Great Reward

Betty went on to pursue degrees in both psychology and clinical mental health counseling and has worked as a counselor, teacher, coach, and speaker. She thrives working in any environment where she can help others develop into the best version of themselves that they can be through utilizing creativity, empathy, and honesty. She is passionate about seeing those around her become healthy in all aspects: mind, body, and spirit. 

During her free time you will find her paddleboarding, hiking, reading, trying out new healthy recipes, and spending time with friends and family.

Jerry Wallace

Advisor

  1. He was born in Italy and graduated high school in Panama which probably
    helped in creating a passion for travel.
  2. He’s a big SEC sports fan, in particular the Florida Gators, his alma mater.  
  3. He once held a White House clearance.

He is a college professor of Entrepreneurship and Business Management at Point
University in Georgia. Prior to academia, he spent a 35-year career as a serial
entrepreneur starting and selling various businesses, primarily in the construction
and development arenas of South Florida. Prior to college, he served four years in
the U.S. Army as a paratrooper and a sentinel at the Tomb of the Unknown
Soldier. He has been married to Joanne for over 40 years, has two married
daughters, and two grandchildren. He splits his time between Hamilton, Georgia,
and Ft. Myers, Florida. He is a person of faith that enjoys family, tennis, reading,
writing, and flying airplanes.

Jennifer Farris

Executive Assistant

  2. Fun fact: She once got to sing on stage for the New Kids on the Block.
  3. Life lesson learned from her grandmother: "K.I.S.S. (Keep it simple, sweetie.)"

At LEAD, Jennifer works to streamline and organize the company's internal processes. Married to a pastor for 21 years and the mother of two teenagers and an eight-year-old, her gift is bringing order to chaos. Jennifer graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Marketing and an MBA from the University of North Alabama.

Outside of work, Jennifer likes watching British dramas, going for walks with her Boston Terrier, and riding bikes with her family.

Jeff Rice

Director of Summit Planning

  3. If I could choose one superpower it would be... Teleportation.

Jeff received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Point University. At LEAD, he helps plan the Entrepreneur Summits and is the Executive Director of Four-Fires, Inc. The most inspiring part of his job is working alongside people that love their job and are committed to growth.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys bow hunting, working out, and spending time with his wife, Rachael.

Ronda Ivey

Business Development Representative

  1. Life lesson learned from her mom: "'I'm sorry' are just words if not followed up by action." Our words lose their meaning if our actions do not change to match the words we are speaking.  I have learned this is true across the board, not just in our apologies but in our promises.  
  2. How she wants to be remembered: Someone who never gave up and loved Jesus even in the hardest moments. 
  3. Kayaking allows her to feel connected to nature and her soul.

Rhonda holds a bachelor's degree in Human Relations with a minor in Biblical Studies and Preaching. She serves as the Regional Sales Representative for LEAD Advisors and is responsible for building relationships and connections in the northwestern regions of Georgia and Alabama. Rhonda's typical day involves contacting various companies to introduce their services and identify specific needs. She brings valuable skills as an influencer and visionary, allowing her to address company efficiency needs and execute plans to deliver results, ensuring clients feel heard and valued. With a diverse professional background, Rhonda has served in various roles, from the restaurant industry to 17 years of ministry work with teenagers and college students, as well as organizing mission trips. Outside work, she enjoys spending quality time with her children, exploring personal interests, and continuing her learning journey through reading, podcasts, and service to others.

Angie Shoger

Admin Assistant

  1. Life lesson learned from her aunt: “But God”, always remember to trust God in all circumstances.
  2. Fun fact: She cheered in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade in High
    School.
  3. She’s never met a beach that she didn’t like.

At LEAD, Angie supports the company’s executive coaching services. She
married her college sweetheart Pete who is a pastor. She has homeschooled
all four of her children: two daughters in college, a son in high school, and a
daughter in middle school. She graduated with a B.A. in Mathematics from
Erskine College.
Outside of work, Angie enjoys walking, hiking, and vacationing with her family.
Her favorite date nights include sushi dinners and watching Hallmark movies
or cooking shows. Having three ballerina daughters, Angie is often found at
the ballet!
