1. Kellie loves to watch the many different seasons change – but volleyball is her favorite season.
2. Kellie loves intentional camping, and her philosophy in that realm is summed up in the mission statement from Lake Ann Camp in Lake Ann, MI: "challenging individuals in a group setting to make biblical, life-changing decisions through unique learning experiences."
3. Her most fulfilling job ever is the one where she can invest in people’s lives to challenge them to grow.

She believes that no one is too young, too old, too inexperienced, or too successful that they cannot realize new potential and leverage their strengths to become a better version of themselves. Rather than “tell” people what the problem is, she prefers to ask questions so they can identify issues themselves and then they work collaboratively to find actionable solutions. She loves having the freedom to work one-on-one or in small groups to help people achieve growth in areas they determine are most beneficial. In her free time, Kellie enjoys playing, coaching, or watching sports and spending time with her husband, adult children, parents, and The Boss (Chester, the family dog).
